Prompt: Everything's OK.
What was the best moment that could serve as proof that everything is going to be alright? And how will you incorporate that discovery into the year ahead?Author: Kate Inglis
Ohhhh. This is a beautiful idea. And I could make something up, something sweet and full of the crushing lightness of peace. I could mention my daughter's smile, or looking up at the stars, or the moments between waking and sleeping. Really, though, I don't know if things are going to be okay or where things are now or what direction is up. And maybe that doesn't matter right now.
So instead, two borrowed thoughts:
1.A comment from Martha, a reader: "It's okay to not be okay. Just be not okay. May the best gift you give yourself, ever."
2. Swiped from Beka's Facebook page: "There's still time for a turnaround...there's still time for a lot of things.".
May you have yourself a merry little Christmas this year.

2 kind comments from you:
Love this.
I know...that thought just kind of spilled out.
Sometimes those ones are just the best.
And yeah....about just being NOT okay. So true, dear, it's so true....
Hope you have a merry Christmas:) There's always those sweet little moments to look for, I guess. Ya know?
hugs!!
I think this was definitely the most challenging prompt. I think I'm still a bit miffed about it. Oh well! I hope you and yours have a very happy Christmas!
