"I started my blog in
2009 when my husband was deployed to Iraq. I kept up with it for a while, but
took a brief hiatus after my daughter was born & we found out we were
PCSing from North Carolina to Alaska. I left my teaching job when we moved, and
I am enjoying staying at home with my 19 month old. Now that I’m settled in
here, I’m back to blogging, as well as crafting constantly for my Facebook and
Etsy pages.
