Italy is one of those magical places that most people dream about. And maybe it's just me, but I don't only dream about the architecture and the romance, but the food. Jessica is a blogger who is currently stationed in Italy with her husband (and soon, baby girl!), and she's bringing you today's mouthwatering giveaway.
A little about Jessica and her blog:
"Jessica Lynn Writes is a hodgepodge about life, love, and everything in between. She and her husband currently live in Italy, courtesy of the Air Force, but are already venturing on a new adventure: they're welcoming a baby girl into the world at the beginning of 2013. When she's not shopping for cute onsies, wishing could drink vino, and Skyping with her deployed husband, you can find Jessica sharing photos, travel stories, pregnancy tales, and much more on her blog."

What you could win: A Taste of Italy!
"These are some of my favorite products out here in Italy and I use them all regularly. This olive oil is divine and I get it directly from the mill about two hours from my house! The winner will get a package with three flavors: lemon (excellent on fish), basil (for salads, pizza, pasta, etc.), and peperoncino (a spicy oil that's great anywhere you want an extra kick!). Also included is the best pesto I've ever tasted and some of my favorite pasta. All you need to complete your feast is good Italian bottle of wine—I would send you some, but the United States Postal Service says it's a no-no." Open to U.S. only (includes APO/FPO). *Note: this prize will be shipped after the holidays in early January.*

I cannot wait for Pesto Pesto!
The peperoncino olive oil sounds delish. There's something about this growing baby that makes me want spicy foods!

From one (former) Chambanachik to another...just wanted to say hi! I'm a U of I grad and food website editor, your blog looks great!
The lemon oil! I've actually tried their pesto before and I can vouch...it's AMAZING!!! Love Jessica's blog, too! :)
Yay for meeting another Chambana girl! :) Hello, and thank you! (And, of course, GO ILLINI!)
I would absolutely love to try the lemon oil first! Sounds delish!
It all sounds so yummy! We're still learning to cook in our new kitchen, but I would love some new stuff to try!
The lemon oil will probably be my favorite to try first! My husband would say the Pepperocini though!
I've never tried lemon oil, and it sounds really intriguing. I'm usually not a fan of "store bought" pesto, but if Jess vouches for it, then it must be good!
Basil! Yum!
Don't worry, you can't buy this stuff in the store out here—you can only get it from the olive oil producers little shop about 2 hours from my house!
So cool! I would love to try the peperoncino first!
